This class focuses on strength, posture, core and flexibility. Inspired by a blend of yoga and barre style classes using a variety of equipment.This class is an ideal way to rebalance your body and rejuvenate your energy by concentrating on specific postpartum areas that need extra attention while enjoying time with your baby and building social connections. Enhance your sense of body awareness and positive body image, improve balance, strengthen muscles and reduce stress and fatigue Babies are gently and safely incorporated into the class. From “kiss ups” to airplane,” this class is great for beginners and experienced exercisers. This class is open to babies who are not actively crawling. Nursing, feeding, walking, bouncing and crying are normal activities here! Please bring a sling or baby carrier, a receiving blanket and your baby’s favorite toy as well!
