Rachel’s personal practice started thanks to an invitation from a friend to meet at a yoga class. By the end of that class she knew that she had stumbled upon something that would change her life. What started as a purely physical practice has led her on a path of self-discovery, self-love and mind-body awareness. Rachel’s desire to learn more resulted in her getting a 200-hr yoga teaching certification in 2009 as well as her personal training certifications through National Academy of Sports Medicine and Aerobics & Fitness Association of America, Pilates certification through SCW Fitness, and TRX Suspension training certification. Through her classes, Rachel hopes to help others discover the many benefits of a yoga practice while focusing on the breath and body alignment.
