Sue brings a lifelong love of fitness to her teaching. She combines her love of Cardio exercise, Strength training, Hatha and Restorative Yoga for a balanced approach to her classes. AFAA Certified, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from YogaWorks & recent training in Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater.
Sue has been through a lot physically in her 50+ years & understands the dynamics of age to the female body, with weight fluctuation, child barring & hormone imbalances playing key parts in maintaining good health. As such, she has a strong desire to help others through these challenges as well.
