Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.

BarreTreat: Levels 1 & 2
A combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.” The class also incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.
CardioBarre: Levels 2 and up
This high-energy, no-impact class is safe on your joints and muscles. Sculpt your body from head to toes with the use of Bosu Balls, Gliders, Resistance Bands and Light Hand Weights. This class is different from the traditional Barre class in that involves high intensity interval training in addition to small concentrated movements. This class works on improving balance, coordination, posture, and core strength. It helps people to develop long, lean muscles.
Barre TRX Fusion: Levels 2 and up
The best of both fitness workouts. The class is a fusion of calorie scorching Barre work and TRX Strength Training. Each class provides a cardio element in addition to a strength and stretch element.
