Allie has been teaching yoga for 3 years after receiving her 200-hr RYT certification from CorePower Yoga. She has a B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA where she played Division 1 soccer. Her background as an athlete gave her immense appreciation for the capabilities of the human body when it is cared for. In her classes, she focuses on proper alignment and she encourages her students to learn more about their bodies with every practice. Her flows generally move at a slower pace to truly align breath and movement. Allie strives for creative, strength building sequences to keep her students present and the fun flowing! She is currently pursuing a career as a naturopathic medical doctor and holds the belief that the health of both the mind and body is essential for a life of fulfillment. Yoga is instrumental in this pursuit!
