Originally from a Siberian village in Russia, Yeva is a certified herbalist and 200-hour certified yoga teacher. With a BS in biology and a Masters in business, she has chosen to pursue a more down to earth track, focusing on farming and permaculture design, animal rescue as well as raw and vegan nutrition. With continuous transitions, all of her passions require physical and mental fortitude and flexibility, which brought her to embrace the benefits of yoga at an early age. After almost two decades of practice, she completed her yoga teacher training through an immersive Costa Rican jungle experience with Sacred Paths Yoga, further evolving her understanding of meditation, ceremony and natural medicine. Spiritual expansion and self-inquiry are the foundations of her practice and teaching, as she strives to guide her students to discover the healing within themselves.
