Inspired by baron Baptiste’s “40 days to a personal revolution”, this workshop gives participants the opportunity to deepen their meditation practice, evaluate their diet, and strengthen their yoga practice. The group will meet each Sunday for 6 weeks from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Each person will be given a copy of baron Baptiste’s “40 days to a personal revolution” and workshop booklet.
